This is one of the perfect pedometer available out there. It has very stylish sporty look with large size dial. The pulse reading is very accurate and reliable. Also, number of steps counted were exact match to the last step. It has so many features that it makes a perfect gift. Especially different colors for different pulse zones are very helpful if you are pushing yourself too much. I love this item.

This is a terrible pedometer: mine vastly overestimates the number of steps, even on the lowest “sensibility” setting. However, it estimates heart rate fairly well and shows what percentage/zone your heart rate is at, which is neat. The body fat percentage calculator is also way off, and it is kind of bulky to wear. Also, I don’t know why they didn’t design it to count steps while you look at your heart rate if you wanted to, but other than that, it’s an interesting product. Just don’t buy it thinking you’re getting an accurate pedometer.
